
After attending Washington University in St. Louis, Suzanne Weidling graduated with her masters from USC film school in 1998, where she produced the award winning student film Wanted Man.
Her career continued at Samuel Goldwyn Films where she was the director of development and acquisitions from 1997 - 1999. While at Goldwyn she helped develop The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World and Tortilla Soup. She also worked on acquiring Lolita and La Femme de Chambre du Titanic.
In 1999, Suzanne left Goldwyn to help launch a film division of Storyboards Inc., an agency that represents below the line talent including storyboard artists, set designers and production designers. The film division, under her direction, has worked with Ridley Scott, Joel Schumacher, Michael Mann, Gore Verbinski, Brett Ratner, Michael Bay, Rob Reiner, Roland Emmerich and Brian de Palma; and on over 40 feature films that include: I am Legend, Superman Returns, X-Men, Pirates of the Carribean 1,2 and 3, Where the Wild Things Are, Ali, The Chronicles of Narnia; Prince Caspian, Spiderman 3 and The Assasination of Jesse James, and over 20 television series including Sex in the City, Six Feet Under, Big Love, Entourage, Boston Public and the West Wing.
During her 10 years at Storyboards Inc., Suzanne has expanded the agency from Los Angeles to include national and international talent and clients. The agency is now an integral part of both visual and digital presentations for commercial production companies and advertising agencies, ncluding TBWA Chiat Day, Draft FCB, JWT, BBDO, Leo Burnett, O&M, Publicis, Wieden Kennedy and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners.
Her clients have worked on over 300 campaigns for clients that include Nike, The Gap, BMW, Doritos, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Miller, Coors, Target, Hanes, Walmart, Infiniti, Sony, Samsung, ESPN, eBay and T-Mobile.
At Tumbleweed Entertainment, Suzanne has been primarily responsible for starting the animatic production division, reality television and feature development.
